Just started listening to Talking Heads with more intensity recently. Of all the songs on the 'Best of' album, incuding TH's mainstream hits, I think "This must be the place" is an excellent example of David Byrne's vocal characteristcs that people love, along with a great intermixing of rhythms, and 80's rock synthesizer.
