People who are pure and in retrospect haven't done anything to harm anyone, but are pushed to suicide by the wrongs committed against them by ignorant and stupid that plague/rule this world. Thinking of it this way my guess is that the one singing isn't an angel himself but another human who has realized what he's done to harm others and longer deserves to live. Therefore making his death a self-righteous suicide in that he's cleansing the world of himself. I don't think you trust... | Reviewer: M3GA M3SS1AH | 12/26/08 You know, after seeing all the interpretations, I'd like to point out that, while there may have been an intent for the song having been written, it's up to the individual to decipher the lyrics themselves and find meaning in them themselves. However, half the fun IS interpreting the songs, so, just to feel part of the "in" crowd, I'm just gonna throw in my interpretation. The first couple of lines probably means hiding abuse, whether they be psychological or physical. Simply hiding some form of pain. The second part can be interpreted as the abused crying out, condeming the people who would think their reasons for suicide inappropriate or non-founded. Crying when angels deserve to die? That one I have yet to find meaning it. Perhaps it's the two-faced nature of a person who acts like an angel, and is thought to be one by others, and then turns around to his loved ones and acts like a monster, thus deeming him worthy of death. I think it is an abusive boyfriend/husband who is trying to get his wife/girlfriend to understand his insane reasoning that suicide is going to slove probalems.
