I just wanted to say that it is a cover song, but Sublime was meant to play this song. It's officially a hidden track, which means it isn't listed on the back cover. It's kind of cool to find a really good song on the CD that you didn't think was going to be there, which, I guess, is the whole poing of hidden tracks.
