A friend played me some music of his years ago, but none of it really stuck. Last year, I heard Cinderella around the same time that the tragedy occurred, and it brought me to tears. It is such a beautiful song, and so hauntingly prophetic in the wake of the accident. I love the melody and the beautiful word-play in the lyrics, and the vocals are at once crisp and confident, yet tender and emotional. I have to say that although I enjoyed "Butterfly Kisses," this song is even better. Daddies and daughters, take note!
