Even now when Christmas rolls around on the calender, I feel like that little brown haired girl in Indiana/Minnesota all over again, especially when I see old videos of us kids acting silly on Christmas. I love giving my friends presents and watching their eyes light up as they jump and shout in excitement over the gifts their opening. But of all the gifts we could receive there's non that compares with the joy of knowing the reality of what Christmas truly means. God gave us a Savior. God rescued us with the gift of His own Son and showed us the depth of His unfailing love. May we know and overflow with His love not only at Christmas but throughout the entire year. That's my prayer for all of us. Christmas began in the heart of God and is made complete when it reaches the heart of man.
