There is no one to compare to you. I wish we (your fans) could have more of you. We are waiting!I play Journey's greatest hits over and over and look up any videos with you singing.I was in WalMart with my daughter and granddaughter yesterday and "Don't Stop Believing" was played over the sound system. I was so happy when I heard people of all ages breaking out in song while they shopped!

Have not heard the song "Wheel in the Sky" for sometime now, but this morning I woke up with it playing in my head. The Lord speaks to me with songs each morning, mostly praise and worship but this morning was different. I grow up with "journey" Steve Perry was one of my favorite singers "miss you"! you are truly blessed with a gift. Was wondering if Steve or someone could tell me for sure what the song is about. I'm sure the Lord was trying to tell me something or my soul was simply crying out to Him (The Lord)???

Steve you will always be my hero and you have the sexiest voice in the history of rock n' roll!!! I wish you would return to journey but I understand you have your own journey to travel!! Just know no one can ever replace you in this life time baby! God Bless!!!

I was getting my nails done at the Hanford Mall when a man walked in with an elderly woman. I looked at him and thought "hmmmm...that man looks like Steve Perry". I asked my daughter to look and she said "Yes it is him". I turned around and you were gone. I regret not getting your autograph or having a conversation. Love your voice.

From the 70's I have been a constant fan. I raised my children on your music. I can listen to your Voice on my headphones for, literally, hours. I so wish you were still performing. But I hope that somehow you get to read this because I believe that God gave you The Voice and it would be such a pity not to hear you singing in heaven...so, if you have not accepted Jesus as God's way of saving you from your sins so you can live in God's presence for eternity, then please do so. If I don't meet you here or hear you perform anymore then forever would be plenty of time. There is NO other voice that affects your fans like yours even though we like other music and singers. I have loved you and your music since I was eighteen. Open arms was mine and my husbands song. When he passed away I made the song my ring tone on my phone. My daughter and three grand-daughters love you as much as I do you have given me hope when there was none and love when I needed it. "Through your songs " I've seen every concert you had in Michigan. And have every album cd and dvd you are in. Your voice is amazing and your story is pure. I look at your current pictures and find you are still as handsome as ever. All the memories in my life have a Steve perry song involved. Stone in love, when I got married, Mother Father when I lost my parents, Only the young when My only daughter was born, Open arms when I lost my husband. And Don't stop believin when my beatiful grandchildren where born. And know the oldest who is nine play's it on the piano when ever I walk in the door. You will always be my inspiration. Steve, I saw you perform in concert in Jackson Ms. in 1980 along with my date which later became my wife. You were a hit then and now and I will never forgot that day. I can't recall the number of times that I play your songs over and over and to this date you are my favorite singer. We now have 5 children and they all love you songs too.Take care and I will never forget you.

With the latest "Journey" release, Eclipse, on the shelves, it feels to me like it is the right time for THE voice to remind 'em all how it's really done - come back, Steve! The music world needs you more now than ever!!!

Steve, it must mean so much to you to be able to read how much you are loved. I, too, loved you and your voice from day one. I have all of your albums when you were Journey and all your solo albums (now cds). I miss seeing you sing and perform as you sing. Your voice when you sing One More Time, Somewhere Theres Hope, I Believe, If You Need Me, Call Me makes me smile and cry at the same time. You lift me up when I hear you sing.I have never seen a concert and I know should you do just one more I can't imagine what a crowd you will have and I know I will be there in front no matter what cost it would be to be there. You are so loved by everyone and I wish you well and happiness. Thank you for all the years that I am able to listen to your songs and I hope within my time, I will hear new Steve Perry's songs.
