I love the double singing, the bass, and the overall heaviness to it all which, though like someone said, can't par with Iowa, still can come close, and it is much better than most songs musically and lyrically. Try listening to the lyrics if the music is somehow not good enough for you ... if that doesn't work out, you're either a pop freak and you need to get out or just an intolerant fag. Listen to this song again, you'll hear that Joey does a great job at keeping the rythm, not just at OD'ing on bass pedal. Lastly, being the "World's Greatest Band" isn't just about the band itself. There are many other contributing factors; genre, audience, preference, alot of stuff.
