That kinda of generalization is opinionated, and you can't throw that out like its a fact. What is a fact though is that Slipknot's material (read their fucking lyrics for crying out loud, especially on The Blister Exists...) is so freaking amazing, and their musical compositions are so distinct and unique, that ANY music lover would be impressed. Everyone takes something from Slipkn0t and make it their own. The energy, the emotion, and the talent this band puts into their music is what separates them from the rest IMO and makes them truly exemplary. Slipknot is an amazing band and they have a great sound and this stuff can help people not resort to violence if they're angry. I'm also a strong Christian and I believe in God, but he gave us our free will to do what we want.
