The only sacred thing left no one can take away from you! | Reviewer: Anonymous | 11/13/2008
I enjoy listening to this over and over like an OCD on audio crack. I have other songs much like this compiled together when I want to hide from society and relect.
The beginning is somewhat obscured a little. "We too feel love" Sounds like a life long struggle then a reasoning emerging from past to present and future thoughts.
A mourning of old thoughts to new thoughts. A rite of passage to maturity. Former thoughts are not forgotten but cherished untill the end.
The only sacred thing left no one can take away from you! Your mind and reasoning!
No one can take that away from you no matter where you are.
It's that place we go to reflect upon various things that have slowly pieced together over time.
A realization of love lost and love gained.
A realization of mistakes and accomplishments.
Goals undefined then made clear suddenly.

The Way It Feels.. | Reviewer: Michelle Martin-Dumont | 7/27/2008
The moment I discovered Slipknot, I immediately fell in love with their songs. Not only because I liked their rithim, but because their lyrics are so powerful and deep when you listen to them closely. I always have many thoughts going through my mind when I listen to this song.. The way that it makes me feel is undescribable. Let's just say that I'm not the only one who gets these shivers and tingles all inside of me while listening to it !
Amazing | Reviewer: Dr Bex | 5/25/2008
This song is probably one of the better songs from Vol 3. The short version is enigmatic and makes me want more. It's hard to explain logically, but it takes me away, I sometimes have to sit down somewhere and think.
The full length version is one I always listen to while driving. Dunno this song just does something to me. It's so un-slipknot, it's like it casts a magic spell on me through my iPpod, like Jon said puts me in a trance!
It does make me think of a lost love too.
Just an awesome song, different to all their others. Vermillion pt.2 also does similar things but this song, just wow!
Chilling | Reviewer: Roxsi | 3/30/2008
I love this song because of the piano and it's very soothing to listen to. I always get chills up and down my spine when I listen to Corey's voice and when I wanna calm down from a stressful situation, this is the song I listen to. In response to SaintSinn, there are songs that can change peoples lives and I believe that this song was the one for you. I'm happy for you and I hope that things go great for you in the future.
Slipknot=LOVE!
Surprising | Reviewer: Anonymous | 2/28/2008
Selftitled was utter crap, Iowa had a few good moments but generally sucked, Vol.3 was actually a good album (apart from Three Nil being the albums major letdown. This is probably their best song. I really like it
saintsinn was born to this song | Reviewer: SaintSinn | 1/26/2008

Simply magic... | Reviewer: Ashandaar | 11/20/2007
This song is amazing. Unlike the most of slipknot songs that hit you because of the power of music, this one combines so much things together. Hypnotic piano beat, so sad voices and lyrics with so deep sense. Every time i'm listening to it, i feel rested and inspired. This is for sure the proof that this band has a lot of talent, as i'm trying to make the people around me understand... Most of time in vain: it's like for Manson, they're just hooked with their image, which is such a stupid detail compared to the deepness of the texts they're writing.
May Goth' never die, they're the one and only who're still openly trying to criticize our world to make us understand everything can always be refined...
Touches the Soul | Reviewer: Anonymous | 9/30/2007
This song echoes the meaning of life in it's universe and chorus.. Slipknot's music is an awakening from the darkness we all have in our lives.
The peices are only as good as the whole. | Reviewer: Jessi | 8/19/2007
I love that Slipknot has the confidance to step away from the heavy stuff and show musical talent in another area. It shows that they can actually sing, compared to the common misconception that they just sit there and scream. There is a lot of talent in this song. It is beautiful.
