When guitar acoustic comes in, you came to the world. When the lyrics are, it feels like summarizing all your experinces icluding your charity and sins. The solo in the middle makes felt of the passing of time, the passing of years. The conclusion at the second refrain summarizes all what have you done in your life, up to now. And the ending... it expresses that you have to go farther to the future and you'll go, and it has no belonging to your past. You can make your own decisions, and make your future as you would like it. Fantastic is the uncharacterizability of the ending riff, you can't say a certain feeling about it. Perfectly expresses that the future is unknown, and not pre-written.
