Ok what what do you say | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/1/08
I agree with every single one of you that skillet is hands down an amazing "christian rock" group. But i have to disagree on there not being a God because i have seen and heard of miracles. Is not that you aren't getting what you prayed for its just not his will or its not time for the thing you prayed for to happen. Not wanting to preach to yall but that is my opinion i have a right to it and if you don't believe in what i'm talking about thats your right. I will take it upon myself to pray for everyone that wants it. But can't tell what i believe and what i believe what your supposed to do cuz i would get in trouble=)
what I think... | Reviewer: alex :) | 11/6/08
This is the first song that my friends let me listen to when the introduced me to the band and I fell in love. The band is amazing and what they stand for is truly admarable. They have a quote that says " We never did worship music because it wouls sell records. We did it because we wanted to pour our hearts out to god." and i can tell by the lyrics and how they sing they are doing just that. This song opened my ears to inspirational music other than regular main stream music. I believe what skillet stands for is what they put out. I thank them so much! Skillet is wicked!! woo!

i like this song but there is 3 ways | Reviewer: Anonymous | 10/3/08
i like this song but there is 3 ways to see this song christians were it tells about god (wouldnt now i have no belives but what can be proven) than theres the love song about what you would tell the one you love the most (wouldnt now i have never loved anyone and i am never been loved as far as i now) and then there is the third way to look at this song that is only for thos of you who have never like me loved kinda hard to eksplain but its like in the time of a live were everything is just dying out on you this song pretty much is the first and last thought that runs trough your mind before it all colaps right before your eyes than this is what you will prety much think.......... this was the last thing my Brother told me before he died right next to me when i was still in a place for kids without parrents (well im not he's real brother but he was my friend from the first time i was placed there so i took him as my big brother........ many people will think this is a lie but its not me who is wrong)
Awsome song!!!!! | Reviewer: Anonymous | 9/17/08
Its true you can take this song two ways. Christians might see it as good talking and others as people telling there livers that they will be there whenever they need them. I prefer the lovers one cause i don't believe in religion. I rekon that all it does is cause wars over an imaginary friend, but thats my views and i am not trying to influence people. MAD AS SONG!!!!
Wow | Reviewer: Savanna | 9/15/08
I like love this song, and Im not against anything, I just think that in time, either when you die or when its Armegeadon (sp?) you people who are either antheist or non-believers of God will see that God is real. He is our maker. And You Will see. He is with you. And someone someone on this comments named Kaj, he is real. Although you pray, it wont happen immediatly, it will take time. Although something happens, its ok, its a part of Life, as far as getting hurt, he is still with he/she, God and His Angels Are our silent protecters.
Hmm.. | Reviewer: Kaj | 9/12/08
OK, skillet are great..i have all their songs, and i love their music.. but i cannot class them as any type of 'religious rock' because i feel that this so called GOD has deserted me. I have no god, i worship nothing. i don't say that to hit out, i say it because its true. Whenever i pray for something to happen, it never does. Whenever i ask for something or someone to be safe, something always happens. I think, persoanlly, id be better off worshipping something material and present in the world, instead of a piece of writng, that doesnt help anyone.
And i dont care how many people have fits about this....its just my opinion. Skillet are definately a good band though, they kick ass.
To ways of looking at it... | Reviewer: Anonymous | 8/11/08
You can look at this song in two ways I think, either as a Christian song, made to explain that God is always with you, or you can look at it as a love song, where someone tells their loved one that he/she always will be there for here/him... It's a matter of how you want to look at it, and that's what I love about Skillet, even if their songs are Christian-based, they write their lyrics so that more people can connect with their music, no matter what religious believe they have, or even if they don't have one at all. To me, Whispers in the Dark is a song about what I always tell the person I love most in this world, I can't really connect with the Christian side of it, since I'm an Atheist. But I still respect religious believes that does not hurt other people. Rock on Skillet, write more songs like this, please!

i like. my preacher says that even if its "Christian" Rock, that rock it baad, but i totally disagree. if it gets people away from satanic music, not saying all other music is satanic, then im all for it. especialy since i like this better then the songs in church =]
i like it | Reviewer: Anonymous | 8/7/08
im with the athiest guy (: its a good song but the best rock love songs are infact from HIM. if people listen to the lyrics and not expect to hear death metal then they might actually like them and understand them, hence the genre being "love metal" but i do like skillet, even though they christian rock (:
