Haha. I agree with most of you. This song really is about something real, and something that people really need to take notice of. It's not just a concept like most bullcrap bands write about. Simple Plan actually writes about real stuff. They're so inspirational and good, and just.. great. I don't know why people prefer Hinder over Simple Plan singing about fucking girls and drugs and shit... Thos is just better in every way and it really puts a positive message out their to the world. Really do love this song. <3

I love this song. It really puts out exactly what the world is like. And at some point I really think that we all want someone to save us. I don't get why people are ragging on simple plan for 'not helping' what you expect them to just get every world leader play this song and them all to suddenly go "Hey these guys are right..." I seriously doubt it, most world leaders would most likely laugh at them. And thats because they want people to think that everything in the world is okay as it is. But this song gets five stars from me simply because its real. Its not about some stupid break up like most artists seem to be writing about of late.

People who are posting messages like “what do they do to help the society?” and “their just as greedy as the rest of us” really need to read about Simple Plan first. They started the Simple Plan foundation for teen problems such as suicide and drug addiction. They donated a shitload of money to make-a-wish, RADD, MADD, and MTV Aids Benefit but they didn’t know where it was going or how much was actually helping so they started their own foundation. I think that’s trying to save the world, isn’t it?
So what if their not giving every single penny to the world? They try and they write lyrics like this to get the word out. Read before you write about their greediness next time, kay?

You're all whining about how someone should take control and do something about the suffering in this world.
But who wants to take action?

Ofcourse i feel that i'd like too,
But there's nothing most of us can do to make a big change other than give money to charities.

Know one who's writing on these things is truely powerful enough to change how we all live in this world.

We can only do our bit, but its not enough, I know.

But if you want to put up your hand and say you'll do something that only the world leaders can really change then honestly go for it!

This song is simply about awareness. If we all play a part in our own world to make a positive difference..things around us will eventually change. This song is not about trying to save every homeless person or barge into a strangers home and tell them how to raise their kids. We all know nothing changes from just one small act of kindness but consistent positive actions over time. If you focus YOUR world around you and make small positive differences daily ... over time a positive affect will take place. This is the message. Keep it Simple...don't look into it in great detail, controversy or discussion. It's a Simple Plan.

Incase you havent realized... Simple Plan can do jack shit all about it. If they can, you can. But they cant. They're just a band. It's not their fault there's homeless people, war, poverty etc. So the lot of you, STFU. No one cares what you think about this song, or anything. One band of five people isn't enough to change the world. This song is obviously here for people to listen to, which you have, and start thinking, which you're doing, then maybe decide to leave the comfort of your home to help those with a hell of alot less than you've got. Believe me, I've been there and seen first hand how bad it can get, people need help and everyone's just waiting for someone else to do something about it...I can tell you now, that's not going to work.
