About the TV Evangelists | Reviewer: Anonymous | 1/9/09

Lyric... | Reviewer: AJ | 12/31/08
Well the line is "I Believe forgiveness is the key to your own happiness" So alot of people seem to have got confused with that, but nice views all the same lol. Even if they are over a typo, Very philosophical.
A beautiful song ^_^
forgiveness | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/20/08
i think what it means that it feels miserable to hate or dislike someone, cause the negative emotions are coming from inside you and being able to forgive someone releases you from that anger/dislike.

Here is another intepritation to the "I believe forgiveness is the key to your unhappiness" line:
I know I have done lots of bad things in my life, and was sometimes forgiven for them, even when I didn't deserve to be. It made me feel even worse, that I could be such a prick, when the other person was so good, and showed themselves to be even better by forgiving me. Many times it would have been easier if they had just yelled and screamed and been angry, the guilt you feel after being forgiven when you know you don't deserve it is terrible. I think that that's what the line means. To me, anyway..

I understand the words. for I have never forgiven someone and felt happy afterwards. if a person wrongs you in such a way it is hard to forgive them, then why forgive them. it only makes them feel better and not once have they ever shown their worth afterwards.
forgivness isnt given...it is earned. so to merely give it away is to lock yourself in unhappiness.
people should earn their forgivness, not have it thrust upon them. thats what the line means...or I think anyway. ^^
To I don't understand... | Reviewer: Anonymous | 8/29/08
I was a little taken by those lyrics as well. I'm not sure if it is a typo, and the true lyrics are "to your own happiness" rather than "unhappiness".
Or, if it is the correct lyric... maybe it means that your unhappiness is unbreakable until you have forgiveness... meaning the key (forgiveness) would then unlock your unhappiness, making you happy.
take it as you will, but I do see how the language barrier could have confused you.
I don't understand... | Reviewer: Anonymous | 8/22/08
Hi I love this song, but I don't understand this line:: " I believe forgiveness is the key to your unhappiness", I don't speak english, and what I understood of this phrase is that if I forgive somebody, I'll be unhappy, or what is the real meaning?
Because if is like I think, I'm happy when I'm forgive somebody, or what do U think?
Maybe I don't understand the song!!
Could someone explainme?
P.S. sorry if u don't understand but I don't speak english jejeje
I believe the sun should never set upon an argument | Reviewer: Anonymous | 7/8/08
Has anybody heard that a person should never go to bed angry? That's basically what "I believe the sun should never set upon an argument" means. An argument should be resolved before the sun sets.
It doesn't mean that arguments should never be had, because they happen and they are inevitable. But they should be resolved, and it should happen before the end of the day.
That's what I think that line means.
"I believe the sun should never set upon an argument" | Reviewer: Joseph | 6/22/08
The sun goes down at the end of every day. Whether it's overcast and you can't see the sun it still goes down. So if this happens at the end of the day this line probably means no arguments should happen before the sun goes down, which would be every day. SO I come to the conclusion that this line is saying arguments should never be had.
