The process was wonderful, and as a result of the exercises I went through, I forgave the woman who I had been married to, internally and then explicitly, getting back in contact with her after 10 years. It was a burden that I had not known I was carrying. Forgiveness is truly a gift you give yourself. It was freat when she listened to this song because it always seemed to spark life into her even in her dying days! The song delivers such a positive message.
