i loved this song the first day i heard it. I kinda waasnt really a big fan of this type of music. But wen i heard this song it changed my views. This song reminds me of wen me and a few friends went on a road trip and they played the song. To them, they already have a special memory involving this song, but to me this song will remind me of that day the 5 of us drove to stevens point wisconsin. this song will always remind me of them and how much i love them for all theyve done for me.

I first heard this song a few months ago and it instantly made me think of my best friend who i absolutely love to pieces but who doesnt usually understand me, quite often takes me for granted and ends up hurting me without noticing. Going to see Rise Against live soon, doubt they will play this song live, which is a real shame, it has to be one of the most AMAZE songs ever! Really can't get over how touching this is, I never really get emotional, but this song really gets you going... INSANE!

I've never had any bad episode in my life. I've never had broken heart. Never lived on street, under the bridge. Never had an accident, and never been too much poor. But even though this, this song touches my heart and gets too much under my skin. It puts images in my mind, and I have to think when I listen to it. There are few songs I can say I love them. This is one of them.

So, I dated this guy last year--to make a long story short: we broke up and no longer speak to one another. I hate what he did to me, mostly because he knows about the issues I have at home, but I still care for him so much. This song encourages me to move on; that what happened in the past was good while it lasted, but it's over now, and I have to move on.

Never really listened to much rise against, but this is an amazing song. I wish it'd never end.

to start things off, rise against is AMAZING! i generally don't like acoustic, but this song really shows how acoustic can sound amazing...the song is like 2 minutes, but feels like 30 seconds...quality of a great musician! besides the sound of the song, it brings up a ton of emotion in me, great times, darker times, romantic times, lonely times...could make a huge list...as the girl that is like 2 posts under me said, i am also 14, and have seen things that shouldn't be seen by people my age, felt things i shouldn't have, and i too, met a great girl, who showed me how life should be lived...i'll love her forever, even if things go wrong with us, she'll stay with me forever.

Im just 15 and Ive been in love with a wonderful girl for more than nine years. But the sad part is that I dont know about her feelings for me. We live in a small town and we both are the only ones of our town that goes in the specific same high school together. We go a long way together, but never did we have a relationship. Ive heard this song of Rise Against theyre one of my favourite bands, but I never got to listen to Swing life away, but once I heard this song it went over and over in my head. It makes me wonder how beautiful true love can be.

I've always been a fan of rise against but after hearing this song it was like a slap in the face it was and is my life written in song form. Everytime i hear it i think of my friends and family. To anyone who reads this stick with your friends through thick and thin they will be all you have in the end.
