I got the priviledge to discover Rise Against when I was younger... this as actually one of the first songs from them that I've ever listened to... along with other Revolutions songs like Like the Angel, Heaven Knows, and Torches... since then I've heard every single Rise Against song from Alive and Well to Lanterns, even covers like Blind and extras like Sight Unseen and Death Blossoms, and there's always something special in each of them. They never dissapoint, Rise Against is truly the best band in the history of music. They've been such an influence to my life, as well to other RA fans across the world. Screw the people who say they suck now because of ATR and Endgame... the only reason you hate is because you can't handle the truth and the emphasis RA puts into their songs. They adress every issue, so maybe they aren't as hardcore, but they do, and always will.... RISE AGAINST

No one's actualy comment on the lyriks, an excelent protest song, could be used in China today, but instead people are setting themself on fire and being buried alive... Fuck the goverment and everyone who it runs.

I started listening to them during The Sufferer And The Witness period. I got into them because of Guitar Hero :L. I bought SatW, and when Appeal To Reason came out, I got that. At this point Rise Against were my favourite band. I then start to backtrack and buy their previous album, and I have to say, every album from The Unraveling to Appeal To Reason is pure musical genius, including the This Is Noise EP. There isn't one Rise Against song i don't love.

But whats best about Rise Against? How far they can spread their music in one genre, without losing their previous fans. Tim McIlrath is a musical genius, as for Brandon Barnes, Joe Principe and Zach Blair.

wow, thats all i have to say, and i think that's all that needs to be said. An awesome band with a bunch of awesome songs. Actually i take that back...ALL of their songs are awesome and worth listening to

i cant believe this song has so few comments!! i started listening to rise against four years ago right before SSOTCC came out. never have I been disappointed with their music. its not that theyve changed, but as bands grow they branch out a little bit. i guess the more raspy his voice is the more raw it sounds/feels buuuuut you cant say that it isnt as real anymore. not at this point.

i want oldschool Rise against... when bands go big. i fall away from them because. most fall into what the fans want. not what they want. i dont want this to happen to RA as like what happend to metallica... St. Anger cd big letdown ... scratch that HUGE LETDOWN... keep rockin RA

Completely agree with the person below me. I'm really happy these guys are getting big but their newer stuff is NOTHING compared to their earlier work. This song is a good example. I don't think Tim ever sounds more raw or real as he does here.

Beautiful song. One of their best really. Can't believe it has no comments. Their new fans really need to take a look back at their old stuff.
