Im not a big fan of country music, but this one hits home. Great lyrics, great melody, harmony you can listen to for hours. Its a bit of a reflection song making the world look at itself more closely. Home run Rascal Flatts!!

I have to confess, I love this song. I am rather particular about the songs I like and this one passed with flying colors. I can really relate the the first verse. The fast pace, missing the laid back simple summer life. The chorus is a beautiful blend of meaningful words and fun rhythms that make it fun to sing along. The second verse sheds light the quietness and peace of nature and the feeling that you can fly! The bridge is a really cool wrap up. I always get the picture in my head hearing that part. A father and son walking down that dirt road, fishing poles and all. Mayberry is so much fun to listen to and sing, I love every word of it!
