It implies the story of a once religious person gone astray. The song's musical style is a sort of blues-y rock n' roll style. I perceived this as a sort of bad-to-the-bone approach. The vocal style seems a bit unapologetic, if the lyrics at all do. At the end of the song, Yorke sings "send baby jesus, to radiate his light." This is not pronounced explicitly; perhaps Yorke is saying "...to radiate his lie." instead. A not-so-subtle slight on Christianity, Radiohead seems to think that overzealous individuals may not have it all right.
