master piece! | Reviewer: Eddddd | 3/8/08
The drummer phil is amazing, part of it is samples it think, but its true they never make a decent album unless theyre arguing, this is probably their last album and what an amazing song for it! their motto was 'this is the last time we'll have the enery to do this so make better make it a good 1' im annoyed i dint get into them till it was almost too late! reconer and 15 step all the way!
In fuckin sane song. | Reviewer: Aditya | 1/24/08
killer drumming. Awesome breakdown, radiohead is always a treat to hear. The best part i like where there is an echo in the line fifteen steps then a sheer drop, killer thing!!!!
bass is too sexy.

This song is so mellow, especially when it gets to 0:40. Another great intro, despite peoples' predictions, this whole album is really outstanding. Right up there with OK Computer and The Bends.

The soft voices... the mellow guitar... the 5/4 time... it all contributes to an absolutely beautiful song. And one of the reasons why this song (and indeed album) works (at least in my thoughts) is that they actually sound like they're enjoying playing. There's a strange kind of energy to the music that I can't quite do justice to in words.
If any of you don't have In Rainbows yet, then what are you waiting for?

You know Radiohead always astonishes me with their opening song. Sweet Roland like drum beats with the soft underling bass line, Thom's voice almost to the cracking point, it is unbeliveable
and amazing. Even though this is most likely their last album Radiohead (in my mind) is one of the very few bands that can still (with this s*!@y music ind.) can put out MASTERPIECES.
