The room was spinning and worsened with any movement. I went back to sleep and awoke nearly every hour with the same experience. I figured out that I was awaking during 'dream time' while experiencing rapid-eye-movement. The r.e.m. continued even after I awoke. Lying down actually made the dizziness worse. The next morning I decided my theme song was Stand. I mistakenly thought the lyrics said, "Don't think about direction." Anyway, it helped me remember to stand straight and focused the rest of the day. I had to laugh when I thought of the band: R.E.M. - coincidence? I don't think so ;} From now on this is the theme song for Vertigo. :) Add Your New Review About The Song
