No no no. It DOES say "an aeroplane". The n from an and the start of aero, make it sound a little like no, but you listen carefully and its an aeroplane =)

You're totally right! I've listened to that song for years and every time I do, I listen carefully to that childs voice at the beginning, and he doesn't say, "There's an airplane..." That would make perfect sense if it was written that way, but what wound up being recorded, that child said "There's no plane..."

if you listen very close the kid really says look mummy theres no plane up in the sky. i try and try to accept the lyric as an airplane up in the sky but it just isnt.listen very carefully. and i know thats how its written but yeah you know pink floyd would never do anything a little diffirent and weird. no not floyd.
