But I think Bush is brighter and more politically informed and astute than Pink. This song is a joke....written by an incredibly stupid and self serving person. How does she help out? What percentage of her income and time does she give to charitable causes? I doubt it's 10%. While SHE rolls around in expensive clothing and automobiles and lives in a million + dollar house...she complains about the government?! She's the problem....if she has such a problem with our schools and the homeless why doesn't she get out and do something about it? I volunteer in inner city schools...I've worked hundreds of hours in a homeless shelter. I've never seen her kind there...and I've never seen any financial benefit from people like her either. What a hypocrite. Whatever happened to "ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country"? Besides: Dear Ms. Pink, would YOU take a walk with ME?... a haunting with a sweet voice | Reviewer: Evy Sanchez | 10/30/07 this song means alot to me and for some reason it means so much to me in a sense that i cannot describe...i have found out a lil while ago that my best friend my brother who i grew up with in elementary and middle school with has passed away and in a dream that i had of him...the first dream i had since he i found out and that was the last i seen his face in my dreams...for some reason i was singing that song coming inside of a church everyone was singing with me and while i was singing it...i looked over to my left and my best friend who passed was sittin next to me...i held his hand and talked to him for as long as i could before i knew i would wake up jus weeping and askin ghim why did he leave me...and that song jus kept playing...he dided in a car accident on his way home for thanksgiving his mother was with him and she died along his side..and when the lyric comes up and she says..."how do you sleep when a mother has no chance to say goodbye" that hits me hard in memory of how him and his mother died...he died first and his mother died hrs later in the hospital...and she never got to say goodbye to him...i cry everytime i hear it...and i catch my self singing it out of the blue...this song means alot to me....thanks pink the sound of ur voice brougt his face to me so i can say my last goodbyes to him...not to mention...my dad comes home from iraq for the third time hes been there for 3 tours 3 yrs total...
