The Reviews about Camisado (page 1/ 6)
------ performed by Panic! At The Disco

honestly, if anyone ever gets around to reading this, I'm a total Punk Rock fan, not Emo, but I personnally find both types of songs that P!ATD makes great, I dunno, like the one kind, the more driven stuff like "Lying is the most fun...", but "Nine in the Afternoon" is really catchy, too. I don't know what everyone has with the originality, it's hard to be original these days, 'cause all the good stuff's allready been done, so i think it's a great idea to use catchy sentances from authers and movies and reusing them. Some of the Pretty.Odd stuff is a bit too emo/weird/mushy for my taste, but it certainly is worth listening to. Does anyone else think that "behind the sea" sounds a lot like Beatles style?

Completely and Utterly Touching | Reviewer: Anonymous | 8/31/08

I think that this is my FAVORITE song that they have written. The thought put into the lyrics is amazing. It kind of sort of reminds me of Ryan's dad, like what I've heard about him and stuff. This song will always have a spot in my heart. As will Ryan. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!

wow..... | Reviewer: me. | 8/15/08

I LOVE this song. It's totally amazing. After listening to it a few times, I got completely hooked and now it's like my most-played song :P Ryan Ross's lyrics are so touching but they've managed to make it sound emotional without being really depressing. I know if I'd written a song half as good as it [haha, dream on, me...] I wouldn't be able to perform it over and over again without breaking down crying. I really admire Ryan Ross for 'Camisado', it's brilliant.

decent musicians, not very original. | Reviewer: Keiran | 8/16/08

Summer I agree with you so much ! Back when Panic first came out I adored them. I thought they where so original and had such witty lyrics. But as I grew older I just stopped listening to them, and got wayy more into different music. And I'll admit I'm a huge Palahniuk fan, and upon relistening to their songs after reading almost every Palahniuk book I just can't believe how unoriginal they are. Hell they still are, watch that nine in the afternoon video. All it does is rip off misc. Beatles movies and shit. Ugh, it annoys me.

plagiarism | Reviewer: Summer | 7/22/08

before I heard Panic! at the disco's entire album I liked them. then, after listening to the entire album I realized that there are waay to many chuck palahniuk references. they take entire phrases from some of his books and base songs on his work. I can't look at them in the same light anymore. the lines that I thought were original and creative just turned out to be words from another man. so much for originality.

wow | Reviewer: izzy | 6/30/08

i love this song and after listening to it a couple times you start to listen to the lyrics and i was amazed!
it's so touching and only after a few times hearing it did i realize how amazing it was and im glad i did.

woah | Reviewer: Zoe | 6/27/08

When I first heard this song, I thought it was quite catchy and upbeat. But when I read the lyrics, it turned out to be a really emotional song. I didn't cry, but my friend Paul did :'| I love this song almost as much as F.C.P.R.E.M.I.X.
