This is the best collaberation to arrive in about 5 years. The power & spirit of this track come from the fact that the lyrics and hook come from two of the most legendary artists of ANY generation; Biggie's emotional, powerful lyrics sprout out of a genre now tired & straining with lack-luster srtists being spewed out almost weekly. The late Bob Marley's hook (sampled from his early "Johnny Was") speaks volumes, as it is both petinant to the song itself as well as to what happened to Biggie (and his mother's response to the tragedy). The only issue is that, by the time you really get into the song, it ends too quickly. But that's what the 'Repeat' button is for. The Music Video mirrors the song properly and is just as powerful.
