nirvana. the name says it all. tis a heaven like state of embodiement to the buddists and to music lovers nirvana embodies a music like heaven which transports its audience through lyrics and killer beats which are still idolised alomst 2 decades later.

rock on. Kurt, im not guna pretend to know or understand you like a lot of people say they do but, jesus christ i respect you. Dave and krist, you guys dont get as much recognition for your briliant work as kurt (may he rest in peace) does but you guys are fcking awesome all the same; im forever in debt to your priceless advice.

Lithium is used to treat bipolar disorder to control extreme mood swings. There is a significant percentage of people with bipolar that commit suicide. In my opinion, this song sounds like he understands the condition, and he is talking about fighting mood swings. He's happy and sad, then sometimes happy and sad at the same time...this is called a mixed state. Only a person with bipolar could truly understand where he is coming from...I'm 42 and bipolar. I'm afraid that this may have played a part in his suicide, if he was bipolar, he couldn't have helped himself. I loved Nirvana's music, and I could identify with much of their lyrics.

odd song just heard it on the radio. is it for God or against him? I can't tell. If it is for God I love this song and this band. If it is against God, everybody who likes this song has no respect from me.

i am nirvanas number 1 fan. im 12 and love nirvana. my mother got pregnant 2 DAYS after kurt died. so i think im kurt recarnated. i was born feburary 15th. 5 days before kurts b-day. so if you listen to rock 15 years from now and hear nirvana covers, its by me, nick a.

How could you say that evanescences is better? This one actually has life to it, evanescence is just boring and theyre too obsessed with death, its depressing. At least nirvana has a name you can remember too, but yeah, in 20 years no one will even care about evanescence but there have always been fans of nirvana and there always will be. freakin great song, too!
