to the previous comment poster...get off nirvana's nuts. who gives a rats ass if you found out about them through a game or if youve been on their cocks since 1990. does it realy make a shit if you just found out about them. i have a 7yr. old cousin that likes in bloom. is he considered a FAKE nirvana fan?? my suggestion to you is experience some new shit to get you off your knees for nirvana. and to everyone else, enjoy the music...its good shit!! even if we dont know what it means.

To all the real Nirvana fans out there not the posers that think there a good band because you heard them from those ridiculous video games, the first thing I heard by them was Bleach and it was in early 1990 when i was like 6 years old and i've been listening to them since...

i knew who nirvana was before rock band, guitar hero, etc. but RB got me backinto them. nirvana is freaking good. and i dontbelieve kurt suicided. there would be some evidence if he did. A ROPE, DRUGS/PACKET, A GUN/BULLET WOUND, A KNIFE/KNIFE WOUND, ETC.

It's funny that a lot of people like this song because this song is making fun of whoever likes nirvana for their sound (mainly their melodies and instrumentals)
Kurt disliked arena rock and many of their fans liked that. Arena rock is basically "shit that makes big groups of white people want to rock out" So he wrote this song for them...because they don't know what he means. ;) And I say...yeeeaaahhh

I haven't really listened to them, it was just before my time. I actually had heard some of their music and liked it as a kid but didn't know who actually played it. Just stuff I'd hear on the raido. The song is good, my cousin plays it in Rock Band all the time but I actually just rediscovered Nirvana from Weird Als parody Smells Like Nirvana and started playing it on Guitar (Smell like teen spirit).

There is also a lot of stuff that wasn't realeased about Kurt Cobains death that people dont know about. They are trying to reopen the case check out. www.cobaincase.com It seems like he was murdered in light of the new eveidence that police didn't originally know about and or simply botched the case and labelled it as a suicide.

i think in bloom is one of the best songs ever, every time i listen to it i just have to listen to it over and over again, i specially think kurt cobain's voice sound incredibelly awesome when you bring the instruments volume down, and just like listen to it, it rocks.

ok lets get things strait NIRVANA ROCKS! and your not a poser if you started listening to them from a game. i mean if you heard of Nirvana for the fist time from a game and your not a little kid thats sad but everyone should like there music cause they are so **** good

Nirvana.. Good band it was, Kurt really dramatized it by commiting suicide. The band over all was very fruitful, always enjoyed it. This song in particular is more repetitive than rage against the machine. If taken from a critical point, you can say it's horrible. But for those of us who grew up with nirvana, kurt can say one line the whole time and we'd still love it.

for me, rock band and guitar hero helped me rediscover Nirvana...i've been listening to them since i was 4 years old (due to my older cousin). would i be considered a poser because i finally started listening to them again after so long? people need to grow up.. everyone can enjoy Nirvana. they're part of the reason the 90's kicked so much a**!

Are people not allowed to enjoy a band if it's an old one?
Is it really that bad to find out about them from a game? It's music. They played this for people to listen to it. I mean.. a "true rocker"? You mean you've known about the band longer? Oh sorry, have you actually written any songs or performed them? You enjoy music as much as the next person. If someone's just discovered Nirvana, why can't they just enjoy it without being called a poser?

The first years of my life i grew up with all three albums of Nirvana blasting through out my whole house. My dad loved Nirvana and it seems like all these "posers" do too. My sympathy to those who were so unlucky to be recently introduced to a rock phenomenon, just now on rock band. But Kurt Cobain said "come as you are" and here they are liking all their pretty songs, singing along, and shooting their guns.

Umm Im afraid I might have to defend the people who haven't heard any Nivana songs before Rockband. When did all you guys who are calling these people posers first hear Nirvana?I grew up listening to Nirvana because of my parents. Yeah Nirvana!!!!
