Two babies, or people who confess to knowing very little (which is intended to sound submissive), are in the middle of a conversation. The first baby, leads with a submissive and endearing statement, "I'm lucky to have met you." The second responds, "I don't care what you think unless it's about me." The introduction leads us to believe the rest of the song follows in conversation form.
