I think that's the correct time to let go of that individual. I loved Tarja's voice when she sang Nightwish' songs but Anette is good as well. Toumas cut her heart out though by firing her, and by doing it, did himself an injustice. Truly a selfish thing Nightwish did when they so coldly fired her.... why? I will never understand. The song Nemo,is beautiful... and outstanding. Without Tarja's voice and poise though, the song wouldn't be nearly as good. Toumas is a masterful creator of music, but she was his greatest conduit to deliver it. Totally vengeful on his part by firing her and he destroyed his greatest creation. If you google "Nightwish Wikipedia" the site tells you all about the break up and leads you to the open letters by Nightwish, Tarja and her husband Marco. If you search for their new music Video Amaranth you'll see they're just as good as before!
