Tapio is the Lord of Woods and his realm is also called Tapiola and Mielikki (Aninka) is the spouse of Tapio. Hunters had usually sing to her to get their share of the prey. This mytology is all told in finnish national epos, Kalevala, and the stories that is in it are collected by Elias Lönnrot. Also these tales tell about a seer named Väinämöinen, who sailed away when Kiesus (Jesus Christ) came to the world.
