First time when I heard Tarja was kicked out of group, I was shocked and sad because I was thinking this was totally "End of an Era"... until I listened to Anette's precise voice. She has an unique voice like Tarja. *For many people, she was the one that made Nightwish such a great band* But now, I listen to Bye Bye Beautiful, Amaranth and my other fav. song Whoever Brings the Night and it totally feels like listening to my old buddy, Nightwish. ^^, Nightwish is not dead without Tarja, stop saying that shit. Tarja was a step on Nightwish's career, good thing they didn't tripped by getting stuck on her. As everyone can see, they are still on their succesful vacation by their new voice. I couldn't stand Annette's voice when I first heard it, cos i thought it was a disgrace! but after listening to Annette's voice, on Amaranth she brings a certain flavour to the band In truth and in fact Annette's voice is very contemporary and not very good for a genre like symphonic heavy metal. Tarja's voice, on the other hand is very operatic and is good for this genre of metal. What is so striking is the complete switch that has taken place and the diversity of both ladies' voices which is why some will feel good and some upset, and to be truthful not many people love opera most people right now prefer a contemporary feel.I still love Tarja \m/ Nightwish !!
