i agree with (Again with the VS! |)because they have different abilities But they both r so fuc#ing good .. Everbody in the band together is best , then 2 the last thing ! I wonder what would a song b with both of them singin? ;)

I think that Tarja and Annette bring two completely different styles to the band. Both are fantastic singers, but in different ways. It makes them hard to compare. However, this is a FANTASTIC song =]

this song is really beautiful.. Anette doesn't have a bad voice... but..
c'mon! she looks like a spice girl -_-.. the way she sings ecc... Tarja was way better, SHE have a dark spirit, the one that a good gothic metal band needs...
Anyway I'm not sayin' that I don't like nightwish anymore, but I fear they'll become commercial... -.-...like Metallica... let's hope not...

I think they're both good, but have different specialties. Annette is more versatile and can sing faster, but Tarja is unquestionably better at opera. They're both grand, though. This is undoubtably my favorite Annette Nightwish song though. :D The writing, the way she sings it, etc!

omg this song is sooo good. it is great, im listening to it at the moment and its wonderful. i love nightwish! keep on bringing the wonderful music! shame tarjas gone...i liked her, but they sound so much better now! xD

I think that Nightwish is even better now! Tarja was good, but Anette is at least that good. No offence to Tarja, really, but i think that Anette is much better for this exellent band! Thumbs up for Nightwish!

Annette is great for the new sound as Tarja was great for the old. BUT Annette does some of Tarja's old songs in an amazing new way. Wishmaster for example sounds even better than before.
Tarja's new single on the other hand sounds amazing (I walk alone)

i have dark passion play and once, and dark passion play is much easier to listen through. when im listening to once i just skip straight to the siren, coz it kicks ass. bassist should become full time singer. anette backup or sum shit. example of good male vocals in bye bye beautiful. get metal \m/

I personally like both singers, but Tarja had more of the trained professionalisim, while Anette puts so much more emotion in her voice.

well i agree that Tarja has a great voice and so does Anette, I dont think you can say who's voice is better cus they're so different. I like NW's new style better. But I can Imagine alot of ppl think the other way around its just something personel.
In music I think you can never say who is best or better. Every1 has a different opinion thats why there are so many different music styles. Nightwish changed style a bit went an other direction and Anette fits perfectly with that.
I think trying new stuff is good cus be honost, doing stuff you know your good at your entire life without trying something new, is just plain boring :P

I love this song! Especially the chorus! I think the new singers' voice is at a higher pitch than the previous singer but the song needs a higher pitch. Therefore, the song is complete. It is a great song and I am truthfully so happy that it was made :)

Tarja is a good singer and her voice fited well in old nightwish, but with their new sound and what I belive will come tarja would just sound stupid.
With their new sound Anette does a very good job singing.
If all you narrow minded old nightwish fans miss tarja so damn much that you cant even respect the band itself to let them go their way from the Tarja period.. start your own fucking band and invite her haha xD

Anette is the best nightwish singer ever!! i was introduced to this song from my friend and to say the truth i actually taught that nightwish would suck because in malta (where i live) i had never heard of nightwish but it is my fav song!!!

I'm from Poland. I think that Tanja had diffrent style than Anette... Personally I like Anette more. She's so beautiful...
