Its a parody of how rock stars think they have to be today and how they totally forget who they are to be rich and fit the stereotype description of rock stars...awesome song...i love his voice it reminds me oh Tim McGraws..the country singer.

Sounds like they wrote this song based on the life of Motley Crue. Everything in the song fits their careers down to the black jet and star on Hollywood Blvd.

This is a pretty good insight on the life of rock star. Not saying that they are alike, but I bet they all have the benefits listed in the lyrics. I have also read enough books to know this is a way of life for them, even ELVIS ! (whom I love)

This song shows a side of Hollywood that we don't normally see. He doesn't like his "normal" life, being treated equally by others. He wants something more, some recognition and fame, preferential treatment. Being in the spotlight has a cost though, but some people are willing to go through that all to have the life that one could only dream of. I think that this song is great.
