How come none of you like them before???? They've been around for a while...I first started listening to them in 2002 though. Their second CD was inspiring and the songs varied, unlike many bands' songs. The first one was also good but didn't recieve as much effort as the second. This is my favorite song out of all of them cause it's more like a song someone would hear in a movie...which is unique, to me.

I read somewhere that Gerard wrote 'You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison' about how he felt when he was around Bert McCracken. Whether it is about this, or about the goings-on in prisons is open for debate, but I think it's pretty damn certain that this is one of the best songs on 'Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge'. The change of dynamics is amazing and builds up the momentum for each time the chorus rocks around. And how great is Ray Toro? You've got to love MCR for having such unique, kick-ass songs and, as Icy said, for having the balls to write about such a controversial topic.
