9-11 | Reviewer: Landhermie | 12/27/07

On 9/11/07, I still got a shock down my spine when I thought about what happened. It's just terrible how horrible people can be just because a country is different than theirs or whatever their problem was. I hope the terrorists BURN IN HELL!

indeed | Reviewer: Trixie | 12/9/07

Gerard Way is a lyrical genius in our times. They say the new poets are songwriters and this is proof- ah, if only all were as good. I like substance to songs and MCR packs a punch. Thanks MCR

omfg!!! | Reviewer: yeah | 11/30/07

this song is amazing
i'm not going to say that it made me cry
or that i was so hurt by 9/11 that i lisened to it for a month strait...
or that i love them...
im just gunna say that they are truly not afraid to express what they feel (well what gerard feels)
this is an amazing song and they are total genuis'

(oh and i hate all those people who are like "im their number 1 fan" cause your not...get over yourself
your nothing but a small child in a world of hatrid--go and find another band to worship
cause they really arent like those bands who want that)

nyc | Reviewer: Anonymous | 11/18/07

wow, i saw the attack, i lived 20 min away from NYC, i lived in Newark NJ, right where MCR formed, this song means the world to me. No offense, but they're a sellout band now, bullets and revenge were good albums, parade sucks

Can everyone stop this! It's driving me nuts! If someone says they love mcr people get really competitive and say they are their biggest fan etc. We are all huge fans, but i do agree with some people, you can't call yourself their biggest fan if you under the impression that 'welcome to the black parade' is their first ever song, it's not. The song I am commenting now is.

Comming from a New Yorker | Reviewer: Benazir | 10/25/07

This song really put meaning into how a New Yorker felts when 9/11 occured it was like the world had changed in one day, everyone walking around like zombies people wondering who was alive, and who wasn't. All of MCRS songs have meaning and that's what makes them such a great band.

. . . Woah | Reviewer: lisa Darden | 10/15/07

Wow, just, wow. This song kind of opens my eyes.

I was in 3rd grade when 9/11 happend, all I knew was that somthing bad happend, but it didn't concern me. I was actually insulted, because no one would tell me what was up. I didn't watch the news, and I just didn't care. It never touched me. Hell, I live in Arkansas, why should I care?

I guess I was wrong. I can't imagin seeing somthing like that, let alone being caught in one of the buildings, or a plane. . .

Thanks, MCR.

Thanks Mikey, Bob, Ray, Frank, & Gerard, you guys are wonderful.

I was in kindergarten when the 9/11 attacks happened, and this was, indeed, the first MCR song that i heard, but being so young, i didnt understand it, and it wasn't until i was in year 3 that i began to appreciate music like this (or be allowed to listen to it) and i listened to this song everyday, and while i slept for 4 months straight.
MCR will always be the VERY best, I LOVE U!

sorry | Reviewer: mason | 9/11/07

uhm.

the chorus should go on twice before the next verse.

but I love this song so much. I cry when I hear it its such a sad song.

mcr fan | Reviewer: Anonymous | 9/9/07

Yes this song is about 9/11. If you dont know mcr that well or are not a massive fan then you wouldnt know that - but for the people that do know good on you! and the person thats acting like its not about 9/11 and that we're all idiots is stupid. trust that the fans know what theyre talking about! =) and this song by the way - is amzing. first ever written by mcr.. and so much feeling.
