It's 7/8, if there are musicians on this page... I found that interesting because it's mostly progressive rock bands that do that and MCR's old stuff is as far from progressive as music can get. I don't know which guitarist it is playing on this track, but I think it's Ray Toro. He's the mostly likely to play in odd timing... since he's the most technical player in the band...
