I've only read the last Harry Potter book and that's it but it kind of symbolizes Snape and Harry's mum. In the part of the song where it sayz 'I'm trying, i'm trying, to let you know how much you mean to me, and after all the things we put each other through' It reminds me of how Snape was trying to show Harry's mum how good she was, that he cared for her while her family didn't and how all through their school years, they we're still friends but they had put each other through hard times. And At the end of that song where is sayz 'I see your eyes, and in this pool of blood, i'll meet your eyes, I mean this forever' It kind of reminds me when Snape is dying in the last book and Harry comes up to collect his memories, and Snape see's his eyes, Harry's mum's eyes.
