this song is cool and the whole album is cool, and yes i also rather like britney spears (only in a trashy club-dancing way though) and she sounds NOTHING like this. though the song is much better in the context of the whole album i think. so listen to the whole album before you condemn it to the land of sell-outness!

ok to everyone coparing this to britney spears is any idiot and you cant appreciate the things that muse is doing....let them change it around a bit. this song is realyl good and a great change from all their music. if you love muse soooooo much you can appreciate this song no matter how different it is form their others

Muse is one of the few bands out there that has gained popularity but still plays good, real, music. So apparently because they wrote a poppy song, they're completely sold out now? Ha- yeah, okay. Silly me, I thought they just decided to mix it up a little bit with one song. Guess I'm wrong!

it is such a good song. just because something is catchy doesnt make it poppy, it is not pop at all its a blend of very heavy riffs (ratm inspired definetely) and rnb drumbeats, neither rock or rnb is anything like pop. and it shows how talented muse are they all play in a really different style. the vid is awesome as well.
ppl hu think rnb is always bad music really need to broaden their influences. not all, but some is good it is just a different style of music and think how boring it wd get if all muses albums sounded the same? i mean origin is my fav album but if all the albums sounded lik that id be like, muse are boring they are scared to experiment

His voice gets high pitched in nearly every song. His voice is high pitched 100% of the time in Micro Cuts, for example.

You are all dumb assholes,if you say Muse has changed its style because of the money and success.The reason I like them,because people will never really understand and appreciate what they do.("your death creates success").They have too deep and emotional lyrics for you to understand,you,who listen to Britney Spears.Bellamy said Kanye West inspirated him to write.To write.It's about the lyrics.And Kanye West has deep lyrics(mostly).They don't play r'n'b,man!And what if they did a song like that?Listen to the others off the album(Exo-Politics,City of Delusion etc.),and you'll see it's not pop,it's alternative.They tried to change.They can change.That's why I think Muse's synonymus with good music.

People who compare Muse to Britney Spears either don't know what they're talking about or have hearing impairments. It's a really refreshing change and they deserve credit for experimenting a new genre. Yeah i was shocked when i first heard it but after a couple listens i realised how great it is. To those who don't like it, don't let this song put you off buying the new album, it is amazing, every song on Black Holes and Revelations is even more stunning then the last. Really.

It's a pity really because I love Muse, too bad they ended up caring more about money and selling more records than art.

This is Muse?! When I first heard it I thought it was a load of crap... Matt Belamy said his influences for that song are Kanye West and Prince. Prince is ok, but the former is freaking r'n'b music!! The song sounds like Britney Sears (my perogative). An awful redition of electronic music played with a dance fuzzy bassline. And Matt Belamy's voice is high-pitched and rather bad. (enhanced somehow, presumably. Muse fans beware - it's not the awesome alternative music like the good old days.
I hope the rest of the album isn't like this
