In other words, they believe you have to do good works to get to heaven. I know, I was one. And the guilt is incredible that the religion puts on you. It is the grace of God that we are "saved" from certain death, not works. We live in the age of grace. We are not saved by our works. Jesus died for us so we do not have to bear the ultimate punishment, death. Sure, we may die in this life, but belief in the risen Christ will give us an ever-lasting life. God promises that. Morrisey and others, should read a great book called "Don't Blame God." Clearly, Jesus, nor God, are the authors of evil in this world, but Satan is. You have free will.
