For any aspiring song writers out there, please listen to the earlier works of Neil and Tim Finn (Tim penned Stuff and Nonsense). This is consumate songwriting, so rounded and just hypnotically beautiful. The verses are frank admissions with an intricate medlodic construction that was made for a strong voice. The chorus is a soaring testament to love in the here and now, with no promises. This is songwriting at the peak of the art and its hard to imagine how it could be bettered.
