this song is so sad. its my first time i ever heard it. He was something else and braught music to a new level and there will never ever be another genius of music like he was. Ive been a fan of him since I was a little girl, growing up in the 90s I sitll listened to his music. Now that im 20 I really wanted to see him in concert and ill never have the chance. He was amazing! Rest in peace <3

:( RIP | Reviewer: LI | 6/26/09

I hope he has the peace in death that he sought out so keenly in life... I was never a massive fan, although I loved his music, I just think he was one of the most misunderstood individuals of our generation. The saddest thing is that it feels like the world's lost a genuinely rare, kind, compassionate human being who gave so much of himself...to have it twisted. I hope you sleep well, Michael, RIP...you deserve peace at last.

" have you seen my childhood ??? " | Reviewer: George | 6/27/09

I remember that i heard this songs many times but as may songs that i used to hear i didn't reconize the meanimg of its words ....... before two years i had a relationship with a girl who i thought that she is the one but something amazing happened to me .... i suddenly realize the fact that she doesn't love me , she never try to understand me and she only love herself, she only look to the outside but she never try to look inside .... i was so confuse untill i heard this amazing songs but this time i understanded it and it makes everything clear to me.
Michael you are the best
in this song micheal try to tell us the fact that we only look to the outside of each other and never look to the inside of each other,
so we used to look to the outsde picture of micheal and we forget that he was suffering from inside.
he was looking for his inside peace which is found in the childhood and he asked about it,
"have you seen my childhood"

Your Childhood | Reviewer: Jackie Hall | 6/26/09

Michael,

I understand you now more than ever. I have never heard this song sung but heard mention of it just recently, after your untimely death. I have always loved you and thought that you were so beautiful. You had too much done to your face, and I'm sure you are well aware of that. I remember you from Ed Sullivan and Dick Clark, you and I were about the same age and I thought you were the most handsome guy I ever saw. It was your inside beauty that shined through. I never judged people from thier outside appearances, it was what shown from within. Never has there ever been such an amazing, beautiful, generous, talented, intellegent person as you. You overcame a lot. You sparkled. You shined. The love you gave was genuine. Never did they prove any of the rumors and accusations and I believe it was all inocent and filled with compassion. I know that you would never hurt another child. You didn't want to grow up and grow old and I don't blame you; you remained a child at heart.

You were part of my childhood | Reviewer: emmanuel | 6/27/09

Michael was an inspiration to millions including me. This song really explains what he felt as he grew up, and no one in this world could relatte to the life he's lived, so you cannot judge person you know nothing about. We'll never forget you, I plan to make my kids and grand kids listen to your songs and hope they will continue to inspire. I used to do all your dance moves, my mom hired a MJ personator at my 8th birthday and since then have been busting all your moves, I was even invited to parties just to do a few songs... I lost a part of my childhood, when you passed.
Rest in peace Michael, Love you!

You life is like mine | Reviewer: Juliet Clark | 6/27/09

I can rely to your childhood completely. I myself, don't have a happy childhood. My family beat me up and abused me in many ways at home. The abused were inflicted from siblings to even my own mother and other people around me who is suppose to love me. They never learn to love me until I have money and they need me then yes, they know me. I forgive my mother and she passed away knowing that I love her and we forgive each other. My brothers and sisters remain to be mean when they can't get money from me. I have a big heart like you although I do not have a lot of money like you but I helped my family in many many ways. I am like you, who longs to be loved. I cried so hard reading this lyrics because it coinsides of what I've been through during my childhood. Michael, you love the world with all of your heart but they rediculed you for the kindness that you have shown to the world and the people in general. Remember, God loves you and you will be in his side someday.
Rest in Peace and May God crown you for the good things that you have done here on earth. I will see you again someday.

With love,
Juliet

touching.. | Reviewer: Alina | 6/28/09

Yesteday and Today I cried all day-long. I never was a true fan of Michael but I loved his music. But now, when he left us, I feel so bad and angry!! Angry on me, because I never listen enough of Michael's music, angry on life because I never got the change to see any of his live performance (because I was too little in the 90s), angry on life because it's not fare!!
His music is incredible..Especially this song that uncoveres his real self.
I'm so sad ..every song of his just makes me cry.
Rest in peace and my god be with you because you really deserved it!!!!!!

Michael, you are an icon who will live on forever in my heart. Michael your life may have been full of mishaps but thru it all i loved you. You inspired me to sing with my sisters and i thank-you. Michael, my idol, thank-you for everything, for the music you brought us, the memories you shared with the world. So We Could Have Good Music | Reviewer: Aaron Foreman | 6/27/09

Michael gave up his childhood so that we could have good music. This song puts his life in perspective and makes his death so meaningful but empty. This song has allowed me to view this brother's soundtrack to his life and what he cried out for. For those of us who had "normal" lives we ought to thank the Lord for the "childhood" we had no matter what it was like.

God Bless you Michael. You will truly be missed and I salute you. "You were the BEST that EVER did it.

RIP MJ 1958-2009

So cute :) rest in peace baby x | Reviewer: Ellie | 6/28/09

SADNESS | Reviewer: Ade | 6/26/09

This song reflects Michael life and childhood, it's a very sad song thinking he couldn't have a happy chilhood as any other kid. As a reward he became, the one and only, the best dancer, singer, performer, songwritter of all times, "THE KING OF POP" None like him now and ever.
Love you Michael with all my heart, I never judged you, and nothing will never ever change this feeling. You'll be forever in my heart

Sad but so understandable | Reviewer: Michelle | 6/27/09

To hear this song now that Michael has passed it is just so sad to know that this was his truth, it was the song that told of his young life. His childhood was lost. How could you ever be truly happy without those childhood memories to look back on. I hope that he is in a better place now. Rest in peace Michael Jackson.
