it's ok man | Reviewer: neoisback | 4/28/09

I love rock and i am a big metallica fan, cause they do things differently.....first they they broke the rock convention with their black album...then they gave some legends like nothing else matters, and enter sandman....and the other..which does not appeal to many people is the ST ANGER album. Some people readily listen to system of a down and slipknot but cant stand ST anger. I feel that if that album was played by someone else...it would have been liked by everyone. People are very conservative. Metallica showed that they can do any sub-genre in rock..including the so called Modern Rock.

And by the way, I listen to rock for good music and not good lyrics.

To be precise..they have just 4 members...they are not professionals; they are just music lovers.

SPARE THEM!!!!!

too bad.. | Reviewer: Bob | 4/4/09

well , i think that metallica's lyrics are totally based on reality issue , they write what they see not what they feel.otherwise, after listening the PINK FLOYD , i guess metallica's music turned out to be pointless indeed based on some random moments probably random thoughts .
i think metallica's is falling down , yeah it is .. it's no longer this good music that worth bein in the top hits .. they are fading into the commercial fate , too bad .
anw , i'll be glad if anyone has something to reply after this post .

A Masterpiece | Reviewer: Omar | 3/27/09

One, Fade to Black, and this song should be identical triplets. The way this song builds up from a soft melody into the heaviest thing you've ever heard is a fine example of the progressive metal sound Metallica has been able to acomplished on tracks like One and Fade To Black. Through the eyes of many, this is the best song of the album, in my opinion this song will end up standing the test of time, and will probably become a staple for Metallica live performances for years to come.

Metallica's back with a vengeance | Reviewer: Marc | 1/6/09

One, Fade to Black, Welcome Home, and then this one. The day that never comes.

The song opens with a beautiful clean guitar riff, followed by lar's grooving drums, soon a masterpiece is unleashed.

A true epic.

fantastic | Reviewer: mohit | 11/7/08

metallica are back with one of their best songs in more than 6 years... the songs builds slowly like one and has magnificent riffs in the end... judging by this song the album should be pretty good.. there is a controversy on son/sun in the lyrics
