The world in general will try to change you and cram you into a mold that you can't fit into but desperately try to. If you don't have that certain look or that certain job status or that certain kind of car or whatever, you won't be accepted. No one can accept people for who they are. You have to be fit, skinny, botox'd, watching the latest reality TV, be very gossipy, etc. If you don't fit in, then there's obviously something wrong with you, according to them.
