My husband and I lost our 19 year old daughter Elizabeth a month ago to a car accident. We are so thankful that she knows the Lord and is with the Lord Jesus right now. He has brought the rain, but we know that He is Holy and Perfect in all His ways, so we will go through the rain with Him!

Because in CHRIST, we are in perfect position, here now and forever. ANYONE can give God praise and glory when in good times, BUT can you do that while in the center of a storm, in the bad times? I bought a mercy me Cd when i had traveled to Kenya and i didn't listen to eat when i reach home, but a few months later my younger sister Told me how great the CD was, so i took time to listen to eat and i was very surprised about the lyrics of all the songs in that album, i love bring the rain, hold fast,i would die for you and the rest...
I am going through very difficult moment with my husband but i know this is just a little rain,we will overcome it for sure...

I have always loved the rain since I was a little girl. I am almost 16 now. But, after listening to this song(wich is my new favorite song)i have a different perspective of it.

I also see that the Rain will bring me closer to Jesus, that if i can go through the Rain, which i am in the middle of a Hurricane in my life at this point in time, that in the end, I will be closer to Jesus.

im fifteen years old. about 3 months ago i was in a boating accident. to make a long story short, the doctors are amazed that i am able to walk and function properly without alot of help. when i heard this song, i started crying. its so true, and it means so much.

I have a close friend in prison doing a 65 year sentence...who after 13 years in TDCJ has just lost her parental rights to the CPS system. She also has been told she needs a biopsy as she has a growth on her cervix which could mean a hysterectomy meaning no more children. She is 34 years old. She is going through so much right now yet she is able to praise you in the eye of her hurricaine. When I heard this song it made me think of her so I made a copy of the lyrics to send to her to remind her that even in the middle of the pain...the Lord is always right there with her and that He will bring her through it all so that He will be glorified!

I think that this song really explains what God wants from us. That no matter what we go through, we just have to acknowledge that He is there. Whenever a little "rain" comes, just keep Praising God for what He has already done.

My husband was arrested and falsely accused of rape in the first degree. We lost friends (and some family) over this, as well as we've had to hit rock bottom with finances and each other. There's never a day that's gone by that I'm not overwhelmed by how God in His glory has sustained us and made us so much stronger through this. This song speaks volumes of our testimony to God.

My boyfriend(ex) and my father had been involved in a homosexual relationship. Although there is a lot of suffering in my life due to the consequences of their sin (I had planned to marry this man)... they are both gaining freedom in Jesus Christ over this deceptive stronghold. God is being glorified now in each of their lives and in their testimony to others. The pain that I've endured is minor compared to the amazing power of God. Many will know freedom because of God's grace and mercy in this situation, even in the pain. I relate to the anonymous reviewer who says it sometimes felt like a flood instead of a rain...some days it even felt like the Jerry Springer show!! Thank You God- the rain that falls on us is Holy water. Its painful but cleansing.
