The person said: "Shinkyokue yatchautee!" - That does mean in English: "A new song is coming". Since Qwerty was new and most Japanese didnt know it the person said it I guess. Im sure its right. I can speak Japanese

but btw you know the live one - there's like a really random thing at the beginning and chester then says i like that do that again - who and what does that person say at the beginning?
