So if you wan't to say something check you're background. Personally this song has a lot of effect on me. I struggle with uncontrolled agression when i'm angry so for me breaking the habbit is about me controlling my agression. And it makes me feel very sad because it reminds me how bad it can get when I have an outbreak. And "I'm safe here in my room. Unless I try to start again" is like locking me up in my room. But when i go out it may start again by someone are something.
