They are not too mainstream, they are growing and with growth comes evolution in their music. I think this song has a lot of significance to where LP is going in the future. They have a message and they are informing the world that what we've done in the past is not where they want to see the world in the future. They have become a little political for good reasons. They feel that this is what it has come to that they aren't happy with the way things are so they are trying to change the way we think one person at a time.
