I am disabled unable to work or drive and battling social security SSI again and have no medical insurance. I miss Ken very much, and have cried many times. We are still separated, but he comes to see me every week. I have faith we can work it out, but until he decides to live with me again, my broken heart will keep on beating. I haven't seen the video but the song's lyrics bring me to tears each time I hear it. I am not a person of faith but the death of my wife in late 2007 has given me cause to examine my life. " a broken heart thats still beating..." is a powerful image. This song aptly describes aspects of a life and the possibility of a way forward and redemption. I thank all those responsible for it. But it takes an amazing song to really appreciate ALL the lyrics in a song. "Broken" is not only a great song to listen to, but the lyrics speak to me as I'm sure they do to others.
