well... first i must say... this song is full of nothing but hurt... u can hear it in the guitar, u can hear it in the drums... ten years gone... "im never gonna leave you" hmm who is robert plant talking to you may ask... well it is none other than his son that he so tragically lost while he was away in america on tour.... sad sad song... but yet a great one. "kind of makes me feel sometimes... didnt have to go"

amazing | Reviewer: Anonymous | 10/10/09

One of the great riffs of all time, I think. Every second of this song is amazing. "Though the course may change sometimes, rivers always reach the sea" is one of my top five favorite sentences. Fantastic song by the greatest band in the history of the world.

The course may change sometime........... | Reviewer: Anonymous | 9/13/09

This song always reminds me of how things used to be with a certain someone-but she didn't like me-in fact she used me to get to someone else........and that other bloke didn't like her too, and she knew this......perhaps we are all just a little bit dazed and confused

Great song! | Reviewer: Black Haze | 6/27/09

What a great band and a great song with a melody just as Jimmy Page could play and a nice lyric sang by one of the most greatest singers (in my opinion) of the whole rock n' roll history, specially to be dedicated to ex-girlfriends :)

modern masters | Reviewer: craig | 4/24/09

They are modern masters...Beethoven..bach and motzart reborn...phys grafitti is by far the best album they made but they made no bad music ...its all freaking incredible ..im now forty two and have been listening to it since i was five when my parents first got zep four...zofo..the only groups that can say they are masters reborn is zep.. the floyd boys ..yes ...emerson lake and palmer..probably king crimson and of course the early line up of genesis with gabe but few others...thats my opinion anyway..without trying to poison it with my ego..!!

wow | Reviewer: Blakeshire | 3/22/09

every time I listen to this song, it brings me back to my first love and how we parted too soon.
There will come a day where we meet once again, girl. "I'm never gonna leave you. Ten years gone, holdin' on."

Things to know | Reviewer: dougler | 11/30/08

I just felt it necessary to point out two things. This song is fantastic. It's inspiration can be thought of as love lost, since it's written about a girl he left 10 years before, and love found, since he wouldn't give up his music career for her - and look how that turned out. And to clear up, there is no duet with a Scot in this song. That was The Battle of Evermore with Sandy Denny (the only guest vocals).

incredible. | Reviewer: Kyle | 11/29/08

i am 15 years old and have been listening to zeppelin since i was about 7. it is incredible the music they make. every song has meaning behind it. even if the lyrics are impossible to comprehend. they are by far my favorite band. Ten Years Gone is one of my favorite songs by led. robert plant is just incredible. his singing complements everything that led zeppelin has to offer. its like the voice was made to go with the music. jimmy is just so perfect when it comes to the guitar. and bonham is just incredible. even my man john paul. lol. they have changed my life in so many ways. and like tracie said, they are the soundtrack to my life! LONG LIVE ZEPP!

The Best Ever | Reviewer: LJR | 9/25/08

They didn't write songs they wrote musical pieces and Robert Plants voice was just another instrument. Ten Years Gone is the best example of this. Vocals are abandoned on many occassions giving way to yet another concerto of sound brought to life by the musical genius of the 3 instrumentalists. This piece subdues me.
