------ performed by Led Zeppelin

the song is about the andromedans and pleiadians and the other countless benevolent humanoid races amongst our planet's sides who jesus was a product of genetically speaking, they form together against the devilish snakes of the galaxy, you dont even kno what it is about zep and other legendary bands that make them so mysteriously beyond standard slave type content, they sing of secret knowledge passed thru generations used to control the "vile" masses, they tell of the occult world yur restrained from while inside the system.
sometimes they even sell there own lives(souls)to one of countless satanic churches inside the thought controlling nest that is hollywood so they can be big famous and rich and controlled to swing masses opinions and thoughts a certain way based on the bands image/opinions. thats why cliff burton of metallica died for example to have the lyrical content that is really amzing hidden reality and truth of the world thats used. just look into charles manson and roman polanski..he sold his wifes unborn to be a big director and charles n co were the mind controlled slaves that collect the debts (lives) in return for a boxoffice script etc..ironically the movie was loosely based on the whole incident.all is not as it seems.
Great song | Reviewer: Dankia | 1/15/08
This is a great song and If any of you listen to tool you would know they do a pretty good cover. If you have not heard it you should check it out.
a great tune | Reviewer: ucbearcat | 1/12/08
no quarter to me means to choose freedom from a concept given by the outside world. page is up there literally showing us that the situation is not what we may make it out to be, and if we listen close there may be a great lesson about friendship to find.
i enjoyed reading about the norse mythology based relationship to the lyrics...strong political opinions for instance can propel people to swim a certain way no matter the flow of the current.
however, my story with this song in short is that i was 19 in college & heard TSRTS version while peaking on lsd and certainly had a wonderful experience while doing so.
also ive tried to learn to play the unplugged version and find it just as kickass as the electric 70's format!
what dose it mean?? | Reviewer: dazed and confuesd | 1/6/08
im 17 and i got led zeppelin 1-4, houses of the holy, presence, bbc sesions, how the west was won,and early days and latter days. and the song remains the same dvd (its trippy as hell). anyways i wonder what this song is about its alsome and i love it but i keeps me wondering
getting High! | Reviewer: "El Chorizo Magnifico" | 12/13/07
Would it be possible for a Zeppelin actually made out of Led (Lead), to be able to fly? I will inquire "Mythbusters." But as we all know, LED ZEPPELIN soars to musical heights seldom seen or experienced by other bands.
live forever | Reviewer: fred zeppelin | 12/4/07
it makes me feel good to see 14, 15 and 16 year olds recognize quality music when they hear it. i was yall's age when this music came out and am glad to hear it wasnt just the drugs. the 60's and 70's were a unique time that i still carry with me. and now that i "walk side by side with death" it makes my heart glad that the music of our generation will live on thru you guys. to all you teenagers, you live alone in your head, nobody knows you but you,you can be who want to be and ALWAYS QUESTION AUTHORITY!!!
Quarter is awesome | Reviewer: Ray | 11/26/07
I definatly agree that it gets scary when ur high lol. But the song is insane how page is tearing it up while bottom is playing a steady beat. And robert plant sing all trippey like that why i always get high as shit b4 i jam 2 this song lol. But my favorite Zeppelin song has 2 be 10 years gone and over the hills and far away oh and ramble on cause john paul jones is shredding. But dont take me seriously cause i dont want every hard core fan 2 rip on me cause im 15 and how my opinion doesent count lol
LOVE LOVE LOVE | Reviewer: Anonymous | 11/23/07
I am one of the youngest Zeppelin listeners i know, being 14 years old, and I just got their new The Song Remains The Same rerelease Collector's Edition, and the No Quarter version live is so unbelievable. I have been listening for about six months and already I know more than a lot of the people I know who have been listening for many decades, I'm just so intrigued. I absolutely love this song and have to agree that it is one of their best songs.
Amazing Song | Reviewer: Crazymunch | 11/18/07
This Song is WITHOUT DOUBT one of Zep's best songs. Being quite a young Zep listener (16), I might hold every different opinions to some of you others, but When you hear some of the bootlegs of this song and they last for 1/2 an hour of pure improvisation, you will agree that this is one of Zeppelin's best songs.
The album version is listenable, but not one of my favourites, but when it comes to live zeppelin, this HAS to be my favourite song - Not even Dazed and confused live is as good as No Quarter.
Good song, but not one of Zep's best | Reviewer: Gage | 11/7/07
Being a die-hard Led Zeppelin fan, I say with confidence that this song is no where near some of their better, such as Achilles Last Stand, The Battle of Evermore, Since I've Been Loving You, etc... No Quarter is amazing, and I doubt any artist today could make a song that even compares.. but I wouldn't consider this Zep's best work.
