the song isn't meant to be a thought provoking critique on modern society or a heart wrenching love ballad. it's a silly party song that was probably made just because they felt like it. I'm sure they didn't say "now THIS song's getting a Grammy for SURE!!!"

it's just fun, is all. and in the right kind of mood, i like it!

Contrary to now-popular belief, this is NOT a Le Tigre track. It's actually called "Cars With The Boom" and it's by L'Trimm. The confusion is easy, I guess, since one of the girls involved in the group went by the name of Tigra. L'Trimm, Tigra, Le Tigre. Easy mistake to make, I guess. :D
